What is Physiotherapy ?

Physiotherapy includes rehabilitation, as well as prevention of injury, and promotion of health and fitness. The terms “physiotherapy” and “physical therapy” mean the same thing and are used interchangeably, as are the terms “physiotherapist” and “physical therapist”.
