Everybody loves a good, salty snack! Wouldn’t it be great if snacks could be healthy AND delicious? These baked kale chips are a low calorie nutritious and delicious snack. Like potato chips you cannot stop after you have one.  To go along with this fiercely green snack make you sure you stay hydrated with a smoothie packed with nutrients! #gogreen #staygreen
 
Kale Chips
Ingredients
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
 
Directions 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Line a non-stick insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper
With a knife or kitchen sheers carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite sized pieces
Wash thoroughly and dry kale with a salad spinner
Drizzle kale with olive
Sprinkle with seasoned salt
Bake until the edges are golden brown but are not burnt (10-15 minutes)
 
 
 
Green Leprechaun Smoothies
Ingredients 
1 green apple
½ pink grapefruit
1/3 bunch of fresh spinach
¾ large English cucumber OR 1 small English cucumber
½ inch piece of fresh ginger
1 celery stalk
 
Directions 
Run all the ingredients though a juicer
Stir
