To develop the most suitable program for any client, testing is conducted to measure current fitness levels, health, and wellness. The assessment considers the client’s body measurements, weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, and any existing health problems or medical conditions. Accurate testing is necessary to properly design a fitness program tailored to an individual’s needs and abilities.
After thorough instruction of the designed fitness program, the client can call for a consultation at any time. Consultation is included in the personal training fee for the duration of the personal training program. The client can call with any health or fitness questions or for the proper instruction of exercises.
The progression of clients throughout their program is monitored to determine if they are successfully reaching set benchmarks. Progress reports give clients confidence by showing them they are on their way to achieving their fitness goals and desired results.
